Regulation of FGANTS
(Full Gospel All Nations Theological Seminary)
I. Regulation Related to Administration of Academic Affairs
1. Period of Study & Year of Study
A. Undergraduate(Theology & Missiology)
1. The undergraduate class of this seminary is 8 terms, and can be enrolled up to 4 semesters per year. The enrollment period cannot exceed 4 years.
2. The enrollment of the transferred student must be at least four semesters at this seminary after transfer.
3. The period of leave of absence shall not be included in the period of enrollment.
* In case of absence (when off-line lectures are held)
1. When a death of a direct ancestor, his/her marriage, or other similar accident occurs (within 7 days)
2. When he/she is absent due to unavoidable accidents such as illness or natural disasters (within 3 days)
3. When participating in a public event on behalf of the school
4. Period for which students cannot study due to military service obligations
5. When the church is absent due to the preparation and participation of public events (That prior approval from the relevant department must be obtained)
6. Hospitalization and childbirth (periods are handled on a case-by-case basis)
B. Graduate School
1. M.A. in Theology
(1) Classes at this graduate school are 4 terms, and students can register for up to 4 semesters per year. The enrollment period cannot exceed 2 years.
(2) The enrollment period of the transfer student must be at least three semesters at the graduate school.
(3) The period of leave of absence shall not be included in the period of enrollment.
* In case of absence (when off-line lectures are held)
It is the same as the undergraduate school.
2. Master of Divinity
(1) Classes at this graduate school are 6 semesters, and can be enrolled up to 4 semesters per year. The enrollment period cannot exceed 3 years.
(2) The enrollment period of the transfer student must be at least four semesters at the graduate school.
(3) The period of leave of absence shall not be included in the period of enrollment.
* In case of absence (when off-line lectures are held)
It is the same as the undergraduate school.
3. Doctor of Ministry
(1) The class of this pastoral doctor is 6 terms, and can be enrolled up to 4 semesters per year. The enrollment period cannot exceed 3 years.
(2) The enrollment period of the transfer student must be at least three terms at the graduate school.
(3) The period of leave of absence shall not be included in the period of enrollment.
(4) In order to obtain a Doctor of Ministry, all candidates must complete their dissertation.
(5) If the dissertation can be extended to six semesters within a fixed term.
(6) If a doctoral candidate fails to complete a thesis within a set period of time, the D.Min. is not received and the D.Min. is completed.

It is the same as the undergraduate school.
2. A Leave of Absence/Back to School/Re-admission
A. A Leave of Absence
1. Types of leave of absence
(1) General (individual) leave of absence: leave of absence due to inability to study for the current term due to illness, accident, family circumstances, or other unavoidable reasons.
① Unregistered student: Submission of leave of absence within 14 days (two weeks) before the start of the term without paying tuition.
② Registered student: Submission of leave of absence within one week after the start of the semester as a registered student; however, that freshmen are not permitted during the first semester of the first year.
③ In the event of a disease cause, a medical certificate of a general hospital for more than three weeks is attached to submit a leave of absence
(2) Leave of absence for military service: Leave of absence due to military enlistment
A person who joins the military service shall submit a leave of absence before joining the military service with a copy of the enlistment attached, and if he/she joins the military service during the general leave of absence, he/she shall re-submit the leave of absence of enlistment.
(3) Automatic leave of absence: automatic leave of absence due to long-term absence of classes is handled with the approval of the president.
2. Period of Leave of Absence
The period of leave of absence shall be conducted on a six-month or one-term basis at a time, but the number of times shall not exceed one year or four terms in total: however, this shall not apply to military leave of absence.
3. Grades While on Leave of Absence
No grades shall be recognized during general leave of absence or disease leave: However, this shall not apply to leave of absence from the military service. (When a student joins the military service after taking the final examination, the grades shall be recognized as grades for the relevant semester only if the attendance rate is 3/4 or higher, and shall be evaluated in consideration of the attendance rate.)
Freshmen and transfered students are not allowed to apply for general leave of absence except for illness and military leave of absence for the first semester of admission.
4. Tuition and Leave of absence
(1) Tuition for the leave of absence shall replace the tuition already paid for the term upon returning to school. However, additional payments shall be made for the difference.
(2) If a person who has taken a leave of absence on 1/2 period of class after registration returns to school, the effect of the tuition will be extinguished.
(3) As a person who has completed registration, the effect of the tuition is extinguished for a leave of absence student whose first two weeks of class days have elapsed from the start of the term.
B. Back to School
1. A person whose period of leave of absence has expired or a person deemed valid even before the period of leave of absence may return to school through a return-to-school procedure in accordance with the prescribed form within the registration period before the relevant term.
2. Returning to school is not permitted after two weeks of school days in the relevant term.
3. Those who have expired leave of absence and have not returned to school shall be expelled in accordance with the school regulations. However, if a person who has been disciplined by punishment for school regulations returns to school, the academicl affairs committee decides whether to return to school after deliberation and resolution.
C. Re-admission
A person whose leave of absence has expired or who has been expelled may be re-entered with the approval of the dean by submitting an application within three weeks before the start of the term. However, the re-entry tuition must be paid.
3. Expulsion/Drop out
A. Expulsion
1. Students are related to heresy or other religions that violate Christian faith will be expelled.
2. Students are related to the disorder of Christianity (alcohol, drugs, gambling, promiscuous relationships, etc.) that violate the Bible will be expelled.
3. Students who have not submitted an application for drop out and who have passed two years without any connection to school will be expelled.
B. Drop Out
1. Those who wish to ‘drop out’ of school during their enrollment period must consult with the head of the school affairs department and submit a ‘dropout’ form to the school affairs office to obtain approval from the president.
2. Tuition of students of ‘drop out’ shall be implemented as follows.
(1) Full refund of the tuition for the relevant term prior to the starting date of the term.
(2) Full amount of the tuition for the relevant term until 2 weeks from the starting date of the term.
(3) Full tuition fees for the term have expired after 2 weeks from the starting date of the term.
(4) Students who wish to register for the term must have with a clear will to study.
